I think all things in nature posses an inherent beauty, some even after they've died. Trees with their branches exposed, for example, are one of the most hauntingly beautiful sights I've ever seen. Trees have a raw beauty that exists even without their covering, unlike so many other living creatures. Only once their leaves have fallen is the elegant intertwining of branches revealed.
